🎃Manatee Memo 🎃

October 2025

Admin Minute

As we conclude the first quarter of the school year, we extend our appreciation to families for their continued support of student learning. Make sure to pay attention to our social media posts in the coming weeks, as there are many events taking place on campus. We commend our students for their hard work and perseverance throughout the recent PM1 testing period. As a reminder, consistent attendance remains essential to academic progress, and we ask that parents ensure students are present and on time each day. Thank you for your partnership in maintaining high expectations and supporting the academic success of all students as we move into the next quarter. Happy Fall!

  • Adopt a Classroom: Teachers typically spend around $500 each year out of their own pockets on essential classroom supplies. They could really use your support! By doing so, we significantly enhance the chances of success for both teachers and students in the classroom, while fostering a sense of pride and respect within our local community. To donate today, click on the link https://tinyurl.com/AdoptaClass2025.

  • Student Pick Up and Dismissal: Please be mindful of our neighbors and not block roadways and driveways along Pine Ave during drop-off and pick-up times. Please be aware that you may be subject to law enforcement action from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. We kindly encourage our parents and guardians to arrive closer to dismissal times. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Join the Yearbook Club! ~ Do you have a student who is creative, eager to explore graphic design, and enthusiastic about photography? If so, this is the perfect club for them! We are seeking eight students from 5th and 6th grade who are interested in joining the Yearbook Club. For additional details, please click on the application link: 2025-2026 Yearbook Application
