Message from the Principal:
I hope you’ve had a restful and fun-filled summer. As we gear up for the start of an exciting new school year, I want to take a moment to officially welcome you to Tiger Country, especially the many students and families who are new to Lake Asbury Junior High. With nearly two-thirds of our students stepping onto our campus for the first time, this year is all about fresh beginnings and big opportunities.
Our school-wide theme this year is Level Up, a mindset we’re embracing in everything we do. Whether it’s in academics, character, or community, we’re committed to growing together and rising to new challenges.
In this first newsletter, you’ll find your Tiger Back‑to‑School Guide, full of important information to help you and your student start strong. From key dates and supply lists to helpful tips and campus updates, everything you need is right here. If any part of the guide mentions a link, you’ll find it just below this message for easy access.
Please be sure to join us for Open Campus on Thursday, August 7th. It’s a great opportunity for students and families to walk schedules, take a look around campus, and ease those first-day nerves.
We’re so excited to welcome students back on Monday, August 11th, and we can’t wait to watch them grow, lead, and Level Up all year long.
