Dearest Little Indian Families,

Seasons Greetings! As we enter the month of December, I am reminded of the reason of the season and am so grateful for all of my blessings. I am surrounded by all of your children who greet me each day with big smiles, waves, high-fives and warm hugs and they gently remind me of my calling on my life to serve them with gladness. 

While we take some time to celebrate some seasonal fun with crafts and activities on campus, we will also be entering a second round of local testing in December with Acadience progress monitoring and 5th grade science PM 2. When we return from Christmas break, everyone will be taking the FAST or STAR PM2 in January. Please look closely at our testing calendar to ensure that your student(s) do not miss testing days. Students always test better on a regularly scheduled testing day rather than a makeup day. 

I pray that each of you has a safe and restful holiday season surrounded by your family and dearest friends. Thank you for your ongoing support for our school.

During the last week of November, students had the option of spending their PBIS points to "Poke the Turkey!"  Inside they found a number that correlated to a different prize!  Students won a variety of items from toys and snacks to board games!
