The Book Fair opens Monday!

We can't wait for students to peruse the many title available at this year's Book Fair! The Fair will be open through the 17th, including during Open House on the evening of September 11. Please review a special message from Mrs. Reed HERE.

Welcome Back Glow-Dances!

Join us as we GROOVE and GLOW into the new year! For just $10, your child can enjoy fun with friends, pizza, soda, and some cool light-up fun after school! Don't miss it! Parents will be automatically invoiced through MySchoolBucks very soon. (Parents are NOT required to pay, but ticketed events must be invoiced in this way.)

Our PVO will be hosting a planning meeting for parents and caregivers interested in being a part of planning for or volunteering at the Glow Dance(s). Join us on September 10 at 8:30 am and bring your ideas!

Mrs. Reed and Mrs. Wright meet monthly with interested parents and caregivers to discuss what's on your mind! This month, we'll share information about the new communications system, Apptegy Rooms. Please RSVP to let us know you'll be there! We hope you can join us!

Dads Take Your Child to School Day 2025

We can't wait to see all our dads, papas, uncles, grandpas, and other father figures on Dads Take Your Child to School Day / Donuts with Dudes, Friday, September 19! Doors will open at 7:50 am.

All our Dads are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to pre-register to shorten wait times and expedite your entry into campus, as we must vet all guests, in accordance with Florida law and safety standards. Click the link to pre-register.

Dads will enjoy donuts and juice with their child(ren) and escort them to class, where they'll pick up a fun math activity to play at home! CLICK HERE TO PRE-REGISTER!

Chime Choir: Grades 4-6

The CHE Chime Choir is a wonderful opportunity for your child to expand his or her love of music by learning to play the chimes and create beautiful harmonies with others! The Jr. Chime Choir will meet on Mondays and Friday mornings and Sr. Chime Choir will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 7:10 - 8:05 in portable 760 with  Mr. Johns who will lead and supervise students.

Overtime Athletics: After-School Sports for Kids!

Does your student LOVE sports and want to be a part of an amazing after-school program that explores a variety of skills, drills, and games? Check out Overtime Athletics (OTA) at CHE! Our fall session starts on September 23rd!

Open House: September 11

Our annual open house will be a special opportunity to learn about your child's class routines and experiences. You may have the opportunity to review artifacts from class or even beginning of year data! We will kick off the evening in the cafeteria with our Title I Annual Meeting, after which parents and families are invited to visit classrooms and the Book Fair.

Trunk or Treat at CHE!

Don't miss this year's Trunk or Treat at CHE! Great food, fun activities, and LOTS of candy provided by our CHE family and community! Join us on Friday, October 24, from 5:30-7:30 pm.

The PVO will host a planning meeting for any interested volunteers on September 30 at 9:00 am. YOU are invited to be a part of the discussion and excitement!
