Message from Principal Reed |
CHE Parents and Caregivers,
What a wonderful and memorable month of October we had! Thank you for your support of your child's academic progress, as well as our Trunk or Treat, and Character Parade! We had a wonderful month!
November is here, and that means it is time to reflect on gratitude. Learning to recognize and appreciate the good things in our lives is a fundamental skill that contributes to happiness and well-being. Being grateful builds a positive mindset and builds the culture of our school. I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for our families, staff, and students! The success and warmth of our school community are built on the countless acts of support, dedication, and kindness our parents and our team members demonstrate every single day.
This month, we look forward to our Race into Reading literacy event, as well as our Veterans Day Celebration, and of course, Thanksgiving break! November is also Diabetes Awareness Month, and we will wear blue on Friday, November 14, to show our support for our families impacted by this chronic disease. We hope to see our CHE parents and caregivers engage with us through these opportunities in the weeks ahead! Don't miss a last-minute opportunity to enroll in Overtime Athletics, as this session's focus is Flag Football, and we're excited to offer our new Chess Club, coordinated by Mrs. Tichinel. It's going to be a great month at CHE!
Warm Regards,
Adele Reed

November is Diabetes Awareness Month |
💙 Diabetes Awareness in November
November is Diabetes Awareness Month! This is an important time to educate ourselves and show support for the many members of our school community who are impacted by diabetes.
To stand in solidarity with our students, staff, and families, we encourage everyone to wear blue on Friday, November 14th. Wearing blue is a simple yet powerful way to raise awareness and let those affected know they are not alone.
