Message from Principal Reed |
Dear Parents,
I hope you're having a wonderful weekend! We have a busy and exciting week ahead, packed with events, including picture retakes on Monday, as well as our first annual Turkey Trot! This fun run encourages fitness, community spirit, and an opportunity to support first grade's grade's Pet Supply Drive. Toward the end of the week, students in various grades will be engaged in wonderful Thanksgiving-themed activities. Be sure to come out and skate with us on Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Skate Station of Orange Park! This is a fantastic opportunity for our families to connect and have some fun together before the holiday next week.
In addition to putting strong effort into academics, our students are doing a phenomenal job modeling the tenets of our P.A.W.S. Pledge! They are actively working to earn PAWS Points in their classrooms and around the school. Remember, the goal is to reach their individual point targets so they can participate in the fun and festive PAWS Party scheduled for Friday, December 19th! Please encourage your student to continue making positive choices every day this week. As we head deeper into the month of gratitude, I want to express my sincere thanks for your support, dedication, and volunteerism that make Clay Hill Elementary such a positive and engaging place for our students to learn and grow. We truly couldn't do it without you! Have a safe, productive, and fun-filled week!
Sincerely, Adele Reed |

Fun, and silly Turkey attire is encouraged, but be sure that clothing and outfits permit safe walking/running along our course. November/December PAWS Points Fall Frenzy & PARTY! |
We are promoting good decision-making and strong character among our students over the next 4 Weeks with our PAWS Points Fall Frenzy! Students have individual point goals that they must achieve by December 12 in order to attend our PAWS Party during the week of December 8. Our team is recognizing students for putting forth a positive attitude, acting responsibly, making wise choices, showing respect, and being kind to others. Please help promote these goals by talking to your child about target behaviors at home. Ask your student about his or her point goal this week!
