Message from Principal Reed

CHE Parents and Caregivers,

Thank you for making Friday's Trunk or Treat, coordinated by our PVO, a spooky success! We hope all our CHE Families had as much fun as we did at our not-so-scary, but very sweet event! We are especially grateful to Tori Brashears and her team of amazing volunteers who made the event possible. What a great way to cap off the week!

We would also like to extend our DEEP GRATITUDE to our CHE families for your support of our Magical Holiday Fundraiser! Through your efforts, we met our fundraiser goal! THANK YOU for making special experiences possible for our students and staff through your effort and generosity!

We are looking forward to a meaningful Red Ribbon Week ahead as we observe the nation's oldest and largest drug prevention awareness program. The main purpose of Red Ribbon Week is to promote a drug-free life and raise awareness about the dangers of substance abuse, to encourage individuals (especially our kids) to pledge to live a healthy, drug-free lifestyle, and to serve as a time for communities, schools, and families to unite and reinforce anti-drug messages. Thank you for supporting these efforts in the week ahead!

Thank you!

Congratulations, Quarter 1 Principals Award Winners!

We are so proud of our quarter 1 Principals Award recipients who were recently celebrated with Pancakes with the Principals! These outstanding students exemplify the highest levels of character and effort, making CHE us proud and making our school a wonderful place for all our staff and students to thrive and grow! Congratulations!

Storybook Character Parade 2025: Friday, October 31!

Our culminating event to Red Ribbon Week is our annual Character Parade! Parents are welcome and encouraged to join us for this very special event! Pre-register, parents and guests, using the QR code so we can have your badge printed ahead of time. ID is still required to enter the campus.

**Please be aware that if you plan to check your child out after the parade, you'll be asked to notify Ms. Theresa either through your pre-registration on line or upon entry on Friday. This will make dismissals safe and efficient. Also, we kindly ask that parents keep in mind that no students can be checked out DURING the parade, as our staff is almost entirely engaged with the event during that time and will be unable to coordinate student retrieval. We appreciate your understanding and support! See you there!!
